Job Description

Will be working with Individual Product and Implementation teams to support the Individual Medicare Product benefit system (IMP). Strong benefit data analysis and HRP claims platform experience required in order to act as point of contact for system enhancements. Develops and manages detailed implementation plans to execute product strategy flawlessly in collaboration with cross-functional business partners to increase and retain Aetna membership. Creates and manages cross-functional project plan development and execution, understands technical aspects and details of execution, develops BRDs, SME for technical aspects of Request for Proposal responses, troubleshoots complex issues and executes special projects.

  • Ability to be innovative and resourceful in developing solutions
  • Sense of urgency with key business partners.
  • Advanced Excel skills and/or database skills such as Microsoft Access.
